Mr. Steven Norwood, AIA
Steve is a licensed architect in California, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii, Arizona, Washington and Idaho and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley. With over 24 years in consulting, design and construction management, Steve specializes in forensic consulting, repair design, and expert witness testimony.

Jeffery Wynne, P.E.

Mr. Jeffery Wynne, P.E.
Jeff is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado with degrees in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and West Virginia University. With over 20 years experience in civil engineering and construction management of projects ranging from multifamily to commercial developments, Jeff specializes in the analysis and resolution of construction defects, design and cost claims, code review, owner representation and repair design.

Martin Jenkins

Mr. Martin Jenkins
Martin holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Martin has extensive experience in large and complex construction and design claims. After years spent as a claims analyst for large commercial and residential projects, Mr. Jenkins provides expertise in the evaluation of design and construction defects, construction and consulting contracts, schedule delay and construction cost impacts.

Jonathan Simisky

Mr. Jonathan Simisky
Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in wood products engineering and construction. With over 25 years of experience in real estate development management, construction and sales of large building projects, Jon is a vital resource in the evaluation and investigation of forensic cases.

Darrin Jensen, AIA

Darrin holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. Darrin is a licensed architect with over 18 years of experience on a wide variety of development projects. Darrin contributes his high level of knowledge and skill in construction contract administration and analysis of construction materials and methods, building code research and analysis, specification writing, and managing design and multi-discipline teams.

Adam Osterhoff

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He lived in North Carolina and Rhode Island before relocating to Colorado. Adam is a Job Captain for many of our projects and has over 10 years of experience in construction and 3D drawings. He continues to be a valuable asset to the firm.

Claire Rohlinger, Assoc AIA

Claire Rohlinger
Claire holds a doctorate degree in Architecture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Claire has experience in sustainable research, remedial design, and forensic architecture. Claire contributes her project management skills and forensic consultant knowledge to the team.

Christopher K. Chiango

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Metropolitan State University in Denver and has over 15 years of hands on operational experience. He provides an expertise in accounting and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Norwood Architecture. His experience lends to best practices, cost savings, and client satisfaction.
